I'm not even into bread making but watching Tasty videos religiously has taught me that sugar in warm milk is ALWAYS followed by yeast.
I've made homemade peanut butter cups in the past, and the recipe I use has a couple more ingredients in it. Melted butter and crushed graham crackers. They help hold everything together and gives the peanut butter filling the texture one finds in Reese's peanut butter cups.
