Commander-in-Chief of RDF convenes High Command Council at RMA - Gako

President Paul Kagame and Commander-in-Chief of Rwanda Defence Force (RDF) convened the RDF High Command Council at the Rwanda Military Academy - Gako.
In his address, the Commander-in-Chief urged the RDF top brass to maintain and even upscale the hard-earned security and contribution to the development of Rwanda.
