To me it sounds like he saying as a unit they made the decision for her to go ahead and do the procedures and it went bad. He has to live with that for the rest of his life now! Hes not blaming himself or her , it was a decision they made together and it cost someones life!
He’s very clear from the start. Prefaces by saying, “stay with me now, I’m not going to divulge too much personal details.” This is very hard for this man!! He’s still traveling through his personal stages of grief the best he can. Tell your woman she’s gorgeous, whatever and keep moving forward. She made it through the one procedure and he/she hoped for the best with the other one. I like him, he’s an old soul.

I feel like he wished he should’ve been more appreciative of her when he was coming up because she was there through it all.

What didn’t make sense? He said that they made the decision as a unit so he can’t say he against it. At the end of the day he can’t tell a woman not to do something with her body but he encourages men to not make their woman feel like they have to do that to be told they’re beautiful. He said that he constantly sees women who had the surgery and didn’t die so it makes him wonder why she didn’t make it ? He said he supported her at the end of the day and he took a loss because she passed away from it. It was her decision and he stood by her side. It seems like he feels guilty that he didn’t tell her she was appreciated and pretty enough to the point where she didn’t feel the need to get surgery. But he’s still grieving.

If they can afford to pay thousands for cosmetic procedures then they can afford to pay 100's to a specialist
