i dont mean to be off topic but does anybody know of a tool to get back into an Instagram account? I somehow lost the account password. I would appreciate any help you can offer me

Balkan, EIR stands for Exchange information Requirements as per ISO 19650. The term you used as Employer's information requirements is outdated. PAS 1192 is no longer used in the UK and outside as the ISO standards took over. Also the BIM levels are no longer applicable as per ISO 19650. I highly recommend you check that ISO and maybe you can do a video about it :)
