When they say the contact goes behind your eye, they mean when you fall asleep with contacts on, your eyes roll back and then the contact gets stuck in the back whilst your eye rolls back to the front. Happened to me a few times if I've taken a nap. Easily taken out by looking down and pulling your eyelid up. Lol
also dannys spot on with the walking people out there that wanna loose some weight if cardio isn't really your thing if u cant really run just walk long walks 30-60 minutes eat well even doing regular work around the house will help too its not always gym
