What the?!?! 😲 My thoughts about f****s***0001's tweet: 1. "... _what he calls 'REMIX'_ ..." -- Um, it sounds like this person is unfamiliar with what a remix is and thinks that Jay came up with that word. 2. "... _POSSIBLY on Spotify too_ " -- Possibly??? The remixes are either on Spotify or they aren't, and it's not difficult to check first (and take a screen-shot to prove it). I'd guess that the person reporting wanted intentionally to cause alarm in order to increase their chances of getting a reaction by making unconfirmed allegations. 3. Why didn't this person tag Jay in their tweet, or otherwise message Jay that they believed he was doing something illegal or harmful? If they were most concerned about stopping Jay, that's the first thing they should've tried. Again, I suspect that person cared more about other things. My thoughts about the "stealing" issue: 4. In theory, any work that derives from another's work without permission or license can be viewed as copyright infringement. However, in practice, not all derivative works reach the level of "sue-able" infringement; some derived works can be defensible/allowable depending on *mitigating factors.* 5. Jay has acknowledged and credited each song's owners in the description of the remix MVs. On RUclips, this is the content creator's usual way of *disclaiming ownership* of the source material. 6. Jay is not simply copying the music as-is: the beats have been remade for the remixes, so he is adding his own material to the original music, or more accurately, he is *transforming* them. 7. Jay has also tagged SB19 Official / Felip / Pablo in his tweets whenever he announced he would be dropping a remix inspired by their song. If his intent was to steal, *would he have notified them?* Furthermore, Jay dropped the Palayo remix 1 full year ago, the Gento remix, 10 months ago. In the time that has passed since then, if Jay had been informed of their objections, he surely would have taken the remixes down. 8. What is Jay's intention behind making these remixes? He's a huge admirer of SB19, one who can't help but be literally moved by their music. He is a rapper as well, so he expresses his admiration creatively/artistically as rappers do. I believe the original songs inspired him, and he wants to celebrate SB19 through these remixes. *Jay produced the remixes in good faith.* 9. I hope I'm not being overly presumptuous, but I imagine that SB19 would welcome -- if not even encourage -- their fans to be inspired creatively by their music. For "Determinado", Pablo issued an open verse challenge, inviting fans to take "your turn" and spit your own verse to the tune of his song. The members often participate in dance challenges, both for their own songs as well as those of other artists. Dance challenges/dance covers are definitely derivative and unoriginal, but they celebrate (and promote/spread) the original work. *In this spirit, it would seem that Jay's remixes of "Determinado" and other SB19 songs would be similarly appreciated rather than discouraged.* 10. Has Jay caused any actual harm or loss to Felip / RadKids / SB19? I can't imagine that he has in any serious way. Anyone who has taken the time to watch Jay's videos would understand he is one of A'TIN, a true fan of the members of SB19 -- a man whose life has been significantly touched by SB19 and who is grateful for the inspiration and positivity that they bring, and who spreads their message however he can. *Jay Wyatt would never intentionally disrespect SB19 by "stealing" from them.* JAY, I'm very sorry that you're experiencing this. 😞 I know your intent was to make sincere musical tributes from an honest fan, in the best way you, as a rapper, knew how. Wishing you peace and kindness, brother! 💙💙💙💙💙🙂
I more than a hundred percent agree with you, kaps. And I appreciate you, Jay. You are doing what other dedicated A'TIN wanted to do if just given the chance, and talent, and courage.❤❤❤
If you have violated the Copyright of the songs, it should be 1Z entertainment, Pablo or Felip, who should call your attention. If they did not, then you don’t have to explain to this netizens. Ignore them and continue liking SB19
I'm with you, most A'TIN understands that you don't intend to steal music claims whatsoever, some people are just too narrow minded, maybe out of jealousy, keep doing what you do.
If 1Z Entertainment or Warner Music is not complaining or calling you out, why is this an issue? This is not the first time you did a remix, anyway. Carry on, Jay.
Don't forget that there are haters everywhere. What do those type of people get when they lie about things that people love? Attention. As an A'TIN, I believe you are genuine in your feelings about SB19. By creating songs with the inspiration of SB19's music, I believe that Pablo will be happy. You have credited everyone who should be credited. Don't worry, not everyone believes the hype of a scandal brings. Good luck and we wish you success.
Please continue supporting SB19 Jay and thank you for doing this even if you don’t have to. Continue spreading positivity in your platform. Much respect and love. God bless 🙏
Don't mind them as long as you know for your self your real intension, beside we know how you love SB19. The effort and time you gave to support them is undeniable and it really show how genuine your love for them. Just continue what you're doing and we still support you! 👍💪🙂
The more you are out in public, the more you're going to be scrutinized. As long as the reactor is respectful, there is no need to answer to those people. Respect on explaining your part in the issues. Many artists are inspired by other artists. No cap...You're cool, man!

Great guy, ..... those people just want your attention and jealous ,SB19 doesn't know them... please continue to support SB19 and go on with your remix .

As long as RUclips and IZ entertainment did not call your attention (w/c i am sure they have strict rules) then just continue what you're doing. You have A'TINs like me to back you up. Did n't these critics realize how international reactors like you were one of the reasons why SB19 became popular globally? Before they barely pay attention to your reactions but now that SB19 became more popular, they have a lot to say. Reactors evolve or improve their content too.
Keep doing what u love as long as u did not do wrong. Ignore them and stay positive. Don't let them bring u down. Keep supporting and loving SB19. I will support u too ❤.
No way.. it's good that you're just explaining your self.. please don't let this jealous guy's stop you in what you want to do for the ATIN community and for practicing your God given talent..

"To release a remix legally, you must seek copyright permission from the original artist or band who created the song or the sample you want to remix or reuse" (thanks, Google!). If you did all that, you have nothing to worry about 😊 For the record, I've seen your remixes, they're fire!
Yes, you can potentially infringe on copyright if you remix a popular music without obtaining the necessary permissions. Remixing a song involves using copyrighted material, and as such, you must obtain permission from the copyright holders to use their work [1]. To remix a popular song legally, here are the key steps you need to follow: Determine the copyright holders: Identify the song's copyright holders, which may include the songwriter(s), the publishing company, and the performer. You may need to contact the publishing company or artist to find out who the specific copyright holders are [2]. Obtain permission: Once you have identified the copyright holders, you need to seek their permission to remix the song. This involves obtaining authorization from both the songwriting and master copyright owners, as these copyrights are separate entities [2]. Craft a convincing request: When reaching out to the copyright holders, it's important to write a persuasive email or direct message (DM) that demonstrates your genuine interest in their work. Be professional and respectful in your communication, avoiding exaggeration or slang [2]. Increase your online presence: Building a strong online presence and fan base can increase your chances of obtaining permission to remix songs. As you gain more recognition and become more well-known, artists and publishing companies may be more inclined to collaborate with you [2]. Consider remixing lesser-known songs: If you are facing difficulties obtaining permission from well-known musicians or major labels, you can start by remixing lesser-known songs. This can help you gain experience, build your reputation, and create a stronger portfolio to showcase to well-known musicians in the future [2]. It's important to note that remixing a song without permission and using it for commercial purposes, such as uploading it to streaming sites or earning money from it, can lead to potential copyright infringement and legal consequences
It’s probably the same person who made the video of “SB19 being a satanic cult”. 🤡 A GENUINE fan (regardless if it’s OT1 or OT5) will be flattered with your remix. Because it means your paying KEN/FELIP a compliment.
Hello Jay. Those are just jealous threatened people by your talent, skills, and increasing popularity among the SB19-A'tin world. Hehe, in fact I couldn't make out what part of Ken's song you used for your remix, only the interprative acting you did in the arid desert of Australia... Keep on doing what you love. Praying all will be alright on both sides Jay...we cashuals understands more on this..like Pablo says -always choose to be kind.. you'll also pass through this like Chuck

Just don’t remind those people we are here for you and we can see how you love SB 19 so don’t mind those people remember when SB19 are starting they recieved lots of comments so take it as a good comment why bec it means that they are watching your Video.
Even Sb19 cover some songs from other artists so I dont see any issue here . Those are just haters/jealous/close minded people because they cant do what you can do 😉
I haven't seen your remixes.. Anyway, whoever called you out, if it was just a fan...ignore. unless it's the og artist or the record label who'll have a problem with your remixes, they'll definitely will take legal actions regarding this immediately , Seeing your remixes were still in your channel, that only means they're fine with it. I mean, this is not new... remixing, covers, whatnot... Im no expert regarding this...but that's how i understands it. 🤔 Nevertheless, thanks for always supporting our boys. 🙂 Maybe one of these days i'll go check out your remixes. 😉 God Speed!
People who are telling you to remix SB19 and their solo songs apparently don't know much about copyright infringement laws. It's not wrong to remix as long as it has permission from the owners.
Jay I say there's a lot of them haters specially on Ken, so you really dont know who doin this, haters could create an account and drag them in a negative light in favor of thier bias , just saying.... carry on , your doing fine
Ur right. If he knows a great hacker.. he can know who really snitch on him. I might be someone he knows like casual chuck or that persian guy whos new to react sb19 songs or the black dude who talk sht to jay and his wife . again .. hard to trust nowadays
I rhink You are free to remix songs for your own pleasure ,no contact with the record label or artist .However, if uploaded to RUclips, Apple Music, Spotify and/or played publicly ,you probably must seek copyright permission. Im not sure 🤔
If you upload copyrighted content on youtube the copyright holder claims the video and they get all the money from it. They also choose if they want to allow the person to keep the video up, if they wanted to they could ask for it to be taken down, either way there is a law called fair use that protects creators to upload copyrighted content without the permission of the owner as long as the content is transformative. So by writing ur own lyrics and recording ur own version you are not just reuploading their content you are making it into something else. Same with reaction videos.
Am sure Ken/Felip would not want this kind of things to happen to you, Jay. And to whosoever fans/A'TIN that want to express their appreciation to SB19, like the way you do. Just sad there are OT1 fans like this. Huh!
It seems like a sabotage and using felip/ken name and profile picture to dirty his name. A real fan will not use their bias face to comment something nasty, unless they want to sabotage that artist. The question is who did it? .
But the fact that you are assuming that this are Ken fans doing is not acceptable for me, esp to ken,.Ken does not even know these people yet you are mentioning his name together with those fans who speak about copyrights....you can explain yourself tho' yet be careful mentioning sb19 members name in your mess,,❤no hate anyway❤
@@JayWyattOfficial we are not sure if that is a real ken fan. Ken has many haters esp inside the fandom itself. Maybe they use him to drag his name bcoz you know ken had massive supporters I know you know that for sure.

You got it wrong. You Cannot remix without the permission of 1z or warner music. If they giv u permision to remix then u can do that. Cus u might as well remix taylor songs music... why didnt u? if u get copyrighted 3 times, ur youtube acc can get block.. is not worth it.
@@lavender1480 @Clark96 She is referring to "OT1", which even Ken himself detests. If you are a Felip stan but love all the boys the same way, you shouldn't be offended.

My thoughts about f****s***0001's tweet:
It's important to note that remixing a song without permission and using it for commercial purposes, such as uploading it to streaming sites or earning money from it, can lead to potential copyright infringement and legal consequences
i was shocked when i saw this issue on x.
Just don’t remind those people we are here for you and we can see how you love SB 19 so don’t mind those people remember when SB19 are starting they recieved lots of comments so take it as a good comment why bec it means that they are watching your Video.
Nevermind those people they are just jealous
ignore them Jay ! The hater is evil! They are jealous Cos your good and verry nice person! We love you Jay..
Much love
OT1 still exist.. The sad part was that.. they name their acct as ken or felip with picture of ken/felip..that is unfair for ken/felip..
Some people just don't understand how it goes with this kind of video. I even commented on it in X
Ignore the bashers Jay. We REAL A'tin love your work. those people bashing you are not.
Ken Fan looks like miisunderstanding. Dont worry, its no harm.
Don't mind them...unless 1z say something...
That one is an ot1😂😂😂 don't mind those toxic people, narrow- minded! Pag inggit pikit😑
Some people are just narrow minded.. mga over reacting so called fans..
Artists release the instrumental to RUclips so that RUclips can do its work to run and do a copyright check on anyone using their instrumentals.
Even Sb19 cover some songs from other artists so I dont see any issue here . Those are just haters/jealous/close minded people because they cant do what you can do 😉
no need to explain to mindless buffons, haters will hate just continue what you do...
You are in a fandom somebody can see you if you are very good reactor and chuck already pass this and we know it already just go on leave the hater
It's fine to advise a content creator re copyright concerns but "stealing" is such a harsh word.
Nevertheless, thanks for always supporting our boys. 🙂
Maybe one of these days i'll go check out your remixes. 😉
God Speed!
Wyatt i want you do remix of sb19 music.
I believe in you Jay
Ignore what they say your only a fan boy
A'tin ❤
u just only showing ur luv ❤and support to our MAHALIMA ❤❤so sad that there's some people don't understand why remixing their song❤
@@noexcuses5524 LOL nope.. Ung account na nagpost nyan ay mtagal ng toxic na fstan. Mtagal ng naghahasik ng lagim
Some fans are toxic.
No they're not
Mga sensitive lng yan sila dahil sa issue ng Selos 😂😂 which already settled now... 😎
Jay + Felip= JFlip❤️🔥
That was a pretty bad attempt but I get u
I like it bahaha 😂
Mga fake faces yan jay 😂😂 ignore them!! 😎😎
fake faces by felip is warner music,
I rhink You are free to remix songs for your own pleasure ,no contact with the record label or artist .However, if uploaded to RUclips, Apple Music, Spotify and/or played publicly ,you probably must seek copyright permission.
@@DKRapArtistthanks for sharing this,it's very informative
Is it from a fan ?
They seem to be an OT1 Ken fan
I like your remix its nice, don't mind those kinds of people.just do what you think is not harmful for the❤ boys.
Well as long as ur doing it for fun and not earning money of it. I think is all good
So who snitch you? Do u know their legal name, etc? If not then .. they gonna keep doing this till u get in trouble
Sorry please understand them that do not mean to harm you..They may lack understanding of what is happening...please po intindihin nyo nalang po.❤
Mga fake faces yan, Hindi yan mga A'tin.
This is not Your fault jay
People are Just being affected against you
Pls do react on cover Akala by Pablo and Ken version of this song it is a real banger
who did this to you Jay? re-mix is legal you're not stealing anything
Apparently I am stealing for gain if I remix yet people do that all time including SB19
@@JayWyattOfficial never mind asthose people they're just jealous because you're doing something they can't do. as my boy Ken wouls say, " success is your best revenge". keep doing what you're doing man we're here to support you.
sorry Jay I can't type🤣🤣
@@JayWyattOfficialtrue
There's a lot of reactions videos who's doing it too😊
I think anyone can do a remix, tiktok is full of it
It's the reason why UMG pulled out all of their songs from TikTok because of amount of people remixing their songs without permission.
surely from toxic atin fans
You got it wrong. You Cannot remix without the permission of 1z or warner music. If they giv u permision to remix then u can do that. Cus u might as well remix taylor songs music... why didnt u? if u get copyrighted 3 times, ur youtube acc can get block.. is not worth it.
Ignor them.By the way those bashers are what they call OT1 Felip stans.😂with tiny braincells😂😂
not all Felip stans are tiny braincells 🤨so be carefull with your words n how sure you are that it'ts Felip stans 🤨do you have proof 😡
baka ikaw tiny braincells..
@@lavender1480 @Clark96 She is referring to "OT1", which even Ken himself detests. If you are a Felip stan but love all the boys the same way, you shouldn't be offended.
No need to do these videos bro. If you know you ain’t doin nothin wrong, You just keep doin you.
Ito lang ata yung reactor na gaya gaya eh lahat nalang eh sorry guys ah dati gusto ko siya pero habang tumatagal na giging cringe na siya sakin nagiging sobrang oa na masyado. For me lang naman may opinion. Nawalan din ako gana sa kanya. Hays
