Hello! For drilling, put it on the highest speed and choose the drill spot, meaning, spin the front of it to where it shows the image of a drill. On mine, its all numbers other than this option, so hopefully that's the same on all drills. Make sure to run water over it as you drill, and go in at an angle and once it feels like its gripping you can straighten it to use the tip straight down. I hope that helps!!!

Put some water on the spot where you're drilling a hole. It's so much easier & start drilling with the drill bit at a slant. So much easier. 👍
