Fwd means the front wheels of the car would move mechanically or electrically on the gas pedal, while the rear wheels stay put and move on the front tires movement, they don't do anything and they only spin when the front tires spin like a gear being rotated by a motor and the gear connected to it moves when the motor gear moves. AWD means all wheels on the car move mechanically and electrically when the gas pedal is pushed. The neon in this game probably has a alternator that shuts the motors off on one wheel, something not seen in the porsche taycan (I think)

The setups are easy too you can complete them in like 20 minutes and with the heist just take your time 2 cayo pericos can get you 3 million dollars with a good primary target and full loot bag

Because I can think of a few options for functional cars. -For just over 100k(130k to be exact), you can get the Rumpo custom. It's the cheapest vehicle in the game with armored glass, and if you don't have the 5-600k to drop on the armored karuma, it'll do. It's also not a slow van, but don't get it for customization. Unfortunately, no mods available. Good news, though. It looks pretty good bog standard. Note: the vehicle cannot tank any explosives, so don't go taking on players with it. But it will definitely help you out in missions. Especially since the back seat gunners have their full arsenal at their disposal(barring rockets, miniguns, etc.) -For $325k you can get the armored Schafter V12, which is not only the cheapest car in the game that can tank an explosive(no armored glass, unfortunately(edit: nevermind, found out it does have armored glass)), not only is it the absolute fastest car usable in sedan races, it also has a fair amount of customizability, and it's sexy too. -500k budget has to mention the armored Karuma. It's a must-have car. This thing will make so many heist setups and missions in the game easier. You literally can't be shot out of it(except from specific angles because Rockstar can't code worth shit), and you can shoot out in most directions. Plus, shooting out of it doesn't destroy the glass! Don't question it, just enjoy! -for the 1 mil budget, rather than straight out purchasing the Paragon R, I'd say just buy a penthouse suite. But isn't this about cars? Yes. When you complete all the casino missions(which pay you, by the way), you get a Paragon R for it. Better yet, an armored, machine gun toting version of the Paragon R! And those guns don't mess around(though they're wideset, so watch your distance). You don't even lose any speed or handling from the original! -If you have 1.5 mil to spend, Absolutely get a Nightshark. Fastest tanky vehicle in the game(takes as many explosives as the insurgent, goes WAY faster). Just remember to keep the window plates off, because only the windshield does anything, and that help is negligible. Plus, having the window plates off allows you to solo deal with depressors. Oh, and it doesn't have a special icon on the map, so people won't know what you're driving(good for catching griefers with their pants down) -2m budget? Go for a half track. You won't be disappointed. Unfortunately, it requires a second person for the gun, but it's still great otherwise. Just as tanky as the insurgent, but a little slower. Also, due to a bug with the windshield(unsure if patched as of writing), you literally cannot be shot out of the truck from the front. And the back can't see the driver/passenger, so the only way to shoot you is from the side windows. And you don't even need to get the MOC to make this thing good for missions! Its default gun is quite capable(quad one is better, but if you can't get it, you can't get it). -At just barely over the 3m budget(assuming you don't have the trade price), the APC is one hell of a purchase. Again, it requires a second person for the main cannon, but if you have a friend who is competent at leading targets ever so slightly, you are a force to be reckoned with. By the way, NEVER EVER get the SAM turret. Limited ammo, less damage per shot, and it doesn't track at all. But let's get on to the things that make this vehicle great. A: slightly more tanky than the insurgent(29 missiles for APC vs 27 for insurgent) B: One-shots most vehicles. THREE SHOTS INSURGENTS. C: can drive on water, and actually feels good through waves because of its weight. D: difficult to shoot any occupants out because of small windows. Oh, and I would hold off on that praise of the shataro. The drag bike is less than half the price, faster in a straight line, and doesn't handle badly. Plus, I think the hachuko looks better, personally. And I lost all respect for you, as well as any sense of seriousness for recommendations in this vid once you mentioned the Khanjalii. That tank is a POS, plain and simple. Slow, easy to destroy, limited range, and worse damage than the Rhino(with a slower fire rate to boot), that thing is just the epitome of wasted money. And "King of the Streets?" Let's go 4 v 4 my APC vs your Khanjalii, and we'll see who's standing. I'll give you a hint: I have better armor, better speed, more utility, better damage output, and better range.

I won the NERO custom from the casino I believe its cost about 2.9million with all upgrades it's honestly a pretty good car for racing and getting away from enemy but that's just my choice of a super/hyper car under 3million

I just like how the budget is just for the stock vehicle without upgrades... in my opinion its not exactly a budget lol, if I buy a car, I want to fully customize it which costs even more than the stock. I get the point, I just don't think it's a good estimate.
If you just get the basic full performance upgrades like engine lvl 4 and maybe transmission or brakes that costs around 75k. I usually don't do races in GTA Online cuz I'm on pc, so I only do the engine and turbo upgrade.

Its odd to hear the top speeds of these cars because I expect video games to exceed the performance of reality. I can get above 140MPH in my stock Grand Cherokee in real life. These cars should be so much more faster.

@@Hi-hp3hz Here I was thinking it was because of the technical limitations from the PS3/XB360 era. There are times when the game stops completely or textures do not load if I'm moving too fast. I've also seen some really strange stuff happen when other players move too fast. For example have someone stand behind a rocket car and watch what happens to them.
