Sir can u please tell how to overhaul this reciprocating pump and what checks and clearances are to be taken during overhaul as there is no proper video available
Sir, i am a cadet,On my ship i have seen single screw bilge pump.My sludge pump was also a mono pump. But being a positive displacement pump we still use to prime it.Please sir let me know the reason of priming those pump. And sir, on this video you told bilge pump suction piping has 3 connections.Out of them why sea water connection is provided to bilge pump if it is a dedicated e/r bilge pump? Please sir guide me with these answers.
