Hi there ! I have been accepted to a college of pharmacy. I have done my research and it shows that pharmacy is saturated and in decline? What are your thoughts ? Any advice ? It would mean a lot. Thank you! :)
Hey Abigahi, congratulations on getting in! Now that you're accepted (not sure if you've started/enrolled yet), I would focus on completing your first year and making sure it's the right fit for you, your skills, and your life/career goals. Personally I love pharmacy and, while the job market is scary, am dedicated to finding somewhere in pharmacy to work. However, I am more flexible with what area I practice in and the location. I'm not sure of your exact situation, but if you're already about to start, I would say keep your head in the mindset of doing well your first year, then re-assess as P1 year comes to a close.
