Oh I know the feeling 😢 my son left for college last year he's 7hrs away from home. we just took him back to school two weeks ago. I miss him everyday. Miss him emptying my fridge, eating all left overs and his "not so funny jokes😂" teenagers lol. Stay strong Toni.

Toni, I understand.... When I took my first born to college. I didn't cry until I left and got on the highway. It was hard not to cry as I was moving him in. He was getting mad because the staff was thinking I was one of the students.

Was that your other daughter and son in the pictures? I live in TN and my friend Pamela just dropped her daughter off at Harvard University in Washington DC and she was having a hard time of it too. Our children don't realize how hard it is for us to let go after 18 years of taking care of them. The separation anxiety alone is so stressful.

I am happy for him but i am terrified w him being so far away....and down in that area w hurricanes happening like they are etc. He has to make his own way in this world and is becoming a man. For that i am happy and a proud mama. But he will be so far away! I jist hope he keeps in touch as i will miss him terribly.
