ZAMBIA AMBASSADOR TO TURKEY VISITS BASEBALL5 TEAM

Zambia's Ambassador to Turkey Lt. Gen. William Sikazwe (Rtd), Ph.D. visited the Youth Baseball5 Team earlier today as they were preparing for their first match at the ongoing 2023 Youth Baseball5 World Cup being held in Ankara, Turkey.
Ambassador Sikazwe shared words of encouragement to the team and was accompanied by various staff from the Zambian Mission in Turkey.
Ambassador Sikazwe's visit was a morale booster for the team, who are making their debut at the Youth Baseball5 World Cup. The Ambassador expressed his confidence in the team's ability to perform well at the tournament and wished them all the best.
Zambia's Youth Baseball5 Team is one of the 12 teams competing at the 2023 Youth Baseball5 World Cup. The team is made up of talented young players from all over Zambia. The team has been training hard for the tournament and is determined to make their country proud.
The Youth Baseball5 World Cup is an international Baseball5 tournament for players under the age of 18. The tournament is being held in Ankara, Turkey from 10 to 15 October, 2023.
