Midt- og Sydsjællands Brand & Redning sendte en udrykning til ildløs i autotransporter læsset med diverse biler på MTV SYD sydgående ved afkørsel 39 Bårse.
MTV SYD sydgående var lukket i flere timer inden man kunne slukke og efterfølgende fjerne autotransporteren med de brændte biler.

Long video from the accident site. Edited chronologically.
A Car Transporter vehicle were on fire on the Danish E47 freeway at Baarse city (Zealand Island) for reasons undisclosed and a rapidly-spreading fire destroyed all the transported vehicles.
The local fire-department sent several fire engines to combat the fire. It took several hours to finally get the fire under control and remove the burned debris from the freeway. Nobody were injured because of the fire.
The firefighters did well - they acted professionally and actively. Extinguished the fire very quickly. Well done!
In Denmark, the fire brigade are amateurs who don't know a thing about putting out fires.

Верно! Пока катались туда сюда в объезд, могли протянуть рукав и начать сбивать пламя, но нет, им захотелось протестировать дорогу автотрассы... По приезду на место, двигались размеренно, неторопливо, как будто приехали к другу на барбекю! Настоящие пожарники! 🤣😅 А может, пожарники пыхнули "травки" перед выездом!? 😁
Можно было спасти машину если бы астановилис напротив и через отбойник паливали

Why did the fire engine speed off the other direction, it was there next to tge fire 20 feet away at the beginning of the footage..
It turned directions at the next exit.
In Europe, we usually avoid stopping on the opposite lane and working from there due to safety reasons and effectiveness.
The firetruck has highly visible markings and warning lights at its back. this lowers the risk of someone crashing into the site.
Besides this, you don't block traffic in the other direction as well and once the fire has been put out, you can already open the left lane while waiting for those who will deal with unloading / towing the damaged truck while always being ready to react on re-ignition or spilling oil / fuel.

Yes. The truck also has German license plates. The company also carries out return transport for tourists' vehicles on behalf of ADAC. So that's quite possible
At 0:18 the fire truck was so close an the fire was at the begining . but after 14 minutes that took to go to the other trafic line was too late

Три пожарника тушат с большого расстояния мощными бранзбойтами машины которые уже не спасти, а один слабым бранзбойтом , тушит голову машины хотя она ещё вполне целая и её можно было спасти. Вопрос зачем нужны такие горе пожарники , что тушат сначало испорченное, а потом то что было целым когда приехали. ☹️

They should stop their vehicles on arrival and start spraying water from ofher side of the road, when fire was small.
Turning their vehicles on the other side was loosing too much time, causing fire spread out of control.

@@roboftherock uhm yeah? It's definetly not in the range where you could call that fast ... seen quite a few departments which have water flowing within 20 seconds upon the truck coming to a stop, without being in a big rush

Saubere und professionelle Arbeit. Was mir nebenbei auffällt ist das völlig disziplinierte verhalten der anderen Verkehrsteilnehmer. Auf dem ganzen Video ist kein einziger Gaffer zu sehen oder Autos auf der Gegenfahrbahn, die ihre Geschwindigkeit verlangsamen, um zu filmen. Warum geht das bei uns (Germany) nicht so?
Clean and professional work. What I also notice is the completely disciplined behavior of the other road users. In the entire video there is not a single onlooker or cars in the opposite lane slowing down to film. Why doesn't it work like that for us (Germany)?

UK trucks approximately 1000 gallons.

To spend all that time on the drivers side and not get any water on the other side of the rig is very poor tactics. All t6hat was needed was for 1 of those hoses working on the passenger side and they could have had a complete knockdown in under 10 minutes and with minimal water use. Firefighters are pushing the flames to one side of the truck yet they never send a hose to water down the passenger side, which is a standard firefighting tactic. The officer on this fire forgot the second part of that tactic, cool off the other side and knock down the flames being sent that way. Poor choice of tactics and poor execution of the tactics they chose to put into effect.

What a bunch of amateurs, anyone with an ounce of sense would have started behind the lorry cab and worked their way back and as for the way the got out of the engine on arrival, it was as if the crew were asleep until the driver shouted "WE ARE HERE "!!! يحتاجون للتدريب على إخماد الحريق، لابد من استخدام الرغوة وليس الماء فالمواد بترولية ، وعدم فتح باب الشاحنة وأنت ليس بيدك مايخمد الحريق حتى لايتجدد الأكسجين ويزداد اشتعال النار ، أما مصور المقطع يحتاج أن يدرك بأن الأساس حريق وليس تسليط الكاميرا على رجال الإطفاء وتكبير الزوم عليهم وكذلك ﻻبد من التنقل من مكان إلى آخر .

Cartrans ist ne deutsche Firma und wickelt u.a. Die Rückholung aus dem Ausland für den ADAC ab. Ein Schwerpunkt ist die Rückholung aus Skandinavien

Aber mit dem ADAC werben die auch gezielt auf deren Homepage. Ich denke mal, die Farbe der Fahrzeuge ist nicht ohne Grund auch gelb ;-) Die Firma kommt aus NRW. Und sind auch nicht so klein. One of the guys on a line is from Falck, an ambulance company - not a firefighter! I agree with others that the attack was quite ineffective. Unfortunately foam isn't used widely any more due to cancer risk, especially in Europe. The EU has extremely strict environmental regulations.
