@@moonsworld8858 It's a Bluetooth connection. It should connect right away. I don't remember to be honest, but it certainly works. Check the camera menu and make sure the Bluetooth is on

Hi thanks for good video. Can you just tell me how to connect the wrist remote and how to put battery in as I think no battery in it when it came. I agree with your assessment. It is ok for the price. I only want it to take pictures and videos of Grandaughter in pool to save damaging my expensive phone. Shame that the sound quality is so poor when in housing but it is what you get for this price.
Hi, Irene. Sorry for my late reply. As far I remember the wrist remote should connect automatic because is a bluetooth. Check the menu of the camera and make sure the Bluetooth is on.
There is a serious problem with the audio on most of these cameras. I have a Cam-park V40 and when using it on my motorbike inside the waterproof case there is a loud crackling distortion interference in the audio. Totally unusable. Cam park support dont seem to want to help either, as they probably know this problem exists but dont know how to fix it ?
I don't have a complaint about the video quality so much but the audio is worthless and no one says anything about it in any of these RUclips reviews. I got this to record my bike tours and the wind noise drowns out my voice completely, plus there is a clacking sound that is also very loud and I have no idea where it is coming from.
You are correct. The audio is not good when it is windy. I did a small audio test, but it wasn't windy, so that I couldn't show it on my video. Unfortunately, there's nothing we can do to improve the audio because the camera has only internal audio. The easiest solution is to but a wired lavalier mic and use your phone voice recording the audio editing. I know its not ideal, but it is a cheap solution that can help.

When you connect the camera to your computer, on the back screen should come to a menu with two options. One is to use it as a charging port, and the second is to use it as mass storage. Choose the mass storage, and you'll be fine.
@@caseyslifewithcp3727 This is strange. Maybe it is a good idea to contact Campark or the seller you order from. If anything is wrong, they should replace it or maybe able to help. Mine is working, so I am not sure what to do to help you.
Has anyone figured out how to properly convert 4k video to 1080 so you can properly edit them on your computer? These videos are coming out choppy. Any help would be appreciated -- I am a beginner.
@@GeorgiPetrov iMovie. I'm not trying to do anything fancy, just cut/trim and put shots together with an overlay of music. Any recommendations? Since I recorded some 4k videos, my computer is not handling the playback so it's impossible for me to check them out or edit them since they are all choppy....

It's only good for filming to some extend. Not perfect but do the job. The Sound is out of use for sure. Shame.
is there a a remote for this camera that you can use underwater?? there is a one for Gopro's, are they comparable??

Yep have the same problem on the V40, audio is totally unusable. Cant understand why there is so many problems with the Audio CRAZY ?

I don't think you can do in camera. You can change the frame per second and then finish in post but ca't record in slow directly in the camera

The camera is a pile of crap my GoPro Hero 3 plus is better and that's 7 years old 4K is terrible..
