This is one of our regular walkabouts when we stay in Qualicum Beach, but my iPhone camera doesn’t compare to your award-worthy video work!

This looks beautiful. Only downfall was the no dump station.

Yes, that was a bit of an issue, but we found one using the SaniDumps website, so it wasn't too bad.

I used to come here almost every summer, and in '92 I think a lot of these fences were being erected. I was jumping off cliffs and diving off bridges. I'm really glad I didn't see all those signs that said "no swimming"...sounds dangerous

Absolutely gorgeous, love that whole area.
Starlink - do you think you are getting value for what you pay?

Hi Carol, with the number of times it hasn't worked because of trees, the value is questionable for our summer usage in BC camping in forests. However, once we head south again, I think it will make up for it. There are large swathes of Baja that have no cellphone signal, but also very few tall trees or buildings. I suspect Starlink will be a really essential part of our communications plan for this trip. We have a video all about our plan for this coming up. 😁

Watching the value you get because thinking of fulltiming for a year. Job is fully remote but requires reliable consistent internet. It’s an issue!
