Is this APA 7? Regarding 3 or more authors, I believe a change from 6 is to use author and et al. for all in text citations. I'm referencing Table 8.1, p. 266 in APA 7.

This is an older video referencing APA 6th edition. You are correct about using one author and et al. for all in-text citations using 3 or more authors for 7th edition.
