@gottahavejesus. You've brought up an old age argument that should be dead by now: Home Missions vs. Foreign Missions. If God has raised him up to carry the word to China then so be it. There may be a message that the Chinese need to hear, but God knows that it will not be received by a fellow Chinese person. Furthermore, there is a blessing in submitting ourselves to the will of God.
