- This video was taken in a location from Praia da Vitória city, situated at Terceira Island, Azores. It is part of a series of videos that will display and explore the Azores islands nature. Hope you enjoy it.
Note: I've been specially careful when taking the footage for this video because of a nearby airport. Tried to stay low at the entire flight to prevent any problem or complication. I also have followed the rules of my country and checked scheduled flights with flight radar and local entities before taking off. Needless to say that i had the NFZ file updated and latest firmware installed to double check the security of this flight. This will probably be my only video of this location as the logistic and preparation required to fly and take the images there are a bit complex.

beautiful view. .my wife and I was there a month ago. .this brings back good memories. As we stayed in Praia.
Esta é a querida Praia da Vitória.
Fui com 10 aninhos de idade para a Praia em questão e fiquei sentado numa câmara de Pneu de Carro.
Acordei no meio da baia e com Uma dor no Peito eeu não sabia nadar.
E quando pulei da camâra de ar vi, que iria afogar-me e enchi o pulmão de ar e fechei os olhos, fui descendo no mar até ao fundo da Baia e nesse percurso sentia, que alguém conversava comigo e quando pisei no fundo do mar, dei um impulso e fui retornando á superficie e de olhos fechados estendi meu braço esquerdo e sem saber agarrei a camâra de ar e nesse mesmo instante ouvi uma vós me chamando e duzendo :
MOÇO VOÇE ESTÁ BEM?
OLHEI NO SENTIDO DA VOZ E SÓ VI DUAS PESSOAS, VINDO EM MINHA DIREÇÃO, MAS NÃO VI SEUS ROSTOS E RESPONDI ESTÁ TUDO BEM.
QUANDO OLHEI NO SENTIDO DAS DUAS PESSOAS.
NÃO AS VI MAIS.
AGARRADO NA CÂMARA DE FUI ATÉ Á AREIA E ME VESTI E FUI PARA CASA DE ONIBUS.
NÃO CONTEI NA ÉPOCA AOS MEUS.

King_Richard's, will you have updated drone video of this location? It's been 3 years now. Perhaps there are new buildings there, or events we are missing. Thank you.
Hello. I'm not thinking about updating this location. Its too much of an assle getting the clearence to fly due to the nearby airport and that can be seen by the few existant videos of this location. Also, 3 years can make a big change in busy cities, but not so much in a small island as this one. Hope you understand. Best wishes
@@kingrichardsvideos regulations have gotten more strict for drones lately. . .I can understand. Well, it was good while it lasted. Your footage is great. Love the view. Close to the hotel we stayed at too.
It's strange how such a beautiful place has no virus cases... oops, someone just infected the whole island with just one 24 hour period after he came in from Italy. !!! Insane.
We had 1 case in the island that was controlled at arrival a week or two ago. The same cant be said of someone that recently arrived, knowingly being a positive case and not taking the necessary steps to protect the others. Instead went around the island as if it was nothing.
Makes us think about the "safety feeling"... No one is safe and we need to assume the worst because of irresponsible people. Make your own safety, for you and for the others.
@@kingrichardsvideos I live in one of the most infected states in the U.S. Even with a travel advisory in affect, people are still leaving the state to go to Florida and other parts with no tracking whatsoever. This thing could keep regenerating as long as we feel the need to leave home. Good luck to you and those you know and love. I'll be checking your progress.
