People ragging the cost... are you kidding me? That's a production ready rig. Super quick cuts without the hassle of cutting dust or fumes. Would LOVE to have one in my shop.
What an amazing tool! Can there be anybody who would not be very very happy to have that in workshop? I have to do it the hard way with an ancient fly press that I had to restore and refurbish and make the tooling myself. It would be so nice to e able to carry out multiple processes without having to re-rig press every time. There can be no doubt that they are producing serious high end tooling. Something to aspire to owning one day!
Interesting tool, I also looked at your website. What I do not find here or on your site is metal Gauge/thickness capacity being clearly stated. That information would be good as giving a Ton Rating does not help because different tools will require different forces not only for thickness but also metal type. Perhaps I overlooked this on your site. Thanks, John.
Hey John, 16 GA mild steel is max recommended capacity for this press. If you e-mail us at sales@mittlerbros.com we'd be happy to give you more info. Thanks.
We do see the manual bench press in a single, double, and the quad setup shown in the video. We also offer several hydraulic models as well. Bench Press models start in price at $695.00 and go from there. I will link to all of our Bench Presses below. Let us know if you have any questions!
While the Quad Press does retail for $1,995, keep in mind that it's an investment that can handle our extended line of press tooling and there is no need to buy everything at once. Many of our customers outfit it for one particular production job and then re-tool it over time as work needs change. Thank you for the interest!
FIRST A PERSON HAS TO SPEND $2,000 ( PLUS ) ON THIS MACHINE, AND THEN PRESS LOUVERS IN SHEET STEEL, AND THEN YOU HAVE TO WELD, BOLT OR RIVET THE LOUVERED PIECE OF STEEL IN YOUR ENGINE SIDE COVERS, HOOD ETC ..?? WHY NOT JUST GO BUY LOUVERED SHEET STEEL AND THEN WELD BOLT OR RIVET ETC IN YOUR JOB... ?? AND HOW DOES A PERSON FIT A HOOD, OR TRUNK LID OR ENGINE SIDE COVER IN THE SMALL OPENING ON THIS MACHINE ..?? ITS A GOOD MACHINE AND ITS A LOT OF MONEY TO SPEND, WHEN THE FORE MENTIONED CAR PARTS WONT FIT IN THE OPENING... SORRY..... NOT FOR ME...JUST SAYING...

Need sharper dies or a stronger man. Neat combo, but price will tell if it's THAT NEAT. You guys make some EXCELLENT TOOLS!
Good job
Excellent work, why dont you make it pneumatic operated it will be fast and less effort?
I like the idea , simple and and working excellent.

Nice. Real nice. Meanwhile I'm stuck with my 6509 Scotchman..
So it costs about 2 grand. Too much for someone doing a little DIY of coarse, but for a small company not a bad investment. I like it.
What kind material and thickness are used for this tool ...?
Suggested Max Tooling for this bench press is a 3" punch & flare & 16 Ga Mild Steel.

Also as a reminder we do have single station presses starting at $450 so those not needing the capability of the quad also have their bases covered!
