This is definitely pricey for the location and no air conditioning. Also the furniture isn’t super nice but it’s never been lived in- that’s a huge plus. Also, pickings may possibly be sparse for a great deal during high season. Still, I believe Cerise will be able to find multiple better options for review.
Cerise please include in your next video on apartments in Sosua the security factor at some of these places. I think that’s an important point to hit not just looks, and price. Very informative however. Good job.

Nice place but pricey for no pool , no WiFi . No cable , no air con. It will be a sauna up there after April. Also in low seasons people won’t pay more than 400 a month for a place like this due to higher supply and lower demand especially lacking these amenities.
Why? I am dealing with foriengers who want apartments and speak English. The landlords I deal with, 90% are English speaking landlords. The other 10% we get by with Spanglish for now, and get business done. Anything more serious like sale of land etc we call in lawyers and translators... Yes?

Mike Hunt you are wrong Sosua has Residential Hispaniola which is beautiful homes on air b &b . The homes go for 260 k and on up
