ANOTHER THING, if you snap a photo of the ghost and it instantly disappears, pack it up and leave, only phantoms disappear after you take a photo of it.

If you ever struggle with finding a ghost type, you can always try and use secondary evidence. For example, you end up with phantom/banshee, there are a few ways to determine which one it is. A banshee will focus on one person until they are dead. They will also only start being active when that person is in the building. A phantom will disappear if you take a picture of it. THIS IS NOT A GOOD IDEA DURING A HUNT!!! If a phantom's picture has been taken during a hunt, it will not only continue the hunt, but also will hunt while invisible for about 5-10 seconds. A banshee can hunt you at insanely high sanity (up to 90%). A phantom will decrease your sanity much faster than any other ghost when you look at it (0.4/sec as opposed to 0.2/sec). Phantoms are (in my experience) a very random ghost type. I've had times they would roam a lot, and times they wouldn't leave their room.
