if any english people watch this and hear "bodensee" they may not know what is ment... because outide of germany/austria/switzerland its actually called "Lake Constance". but nice cycling footage
I'm not really too big on traveling but thanks for a taste of your experience. Ps: time to go fix up the old bike Pss: I was fan for like years keep up the good work
This looks amazing! I am defiantly going to suggest this ride to my friends. I have just a few questions: Can you swim in the lake? Are there hotels or sleepover places in case we won't be able to make it in one go? Bike rental services? Any place where it is better to start? Any places worth seeing, even a bit off the track?
you can swim in the lake. Best time is in summer when the water is reaching 20 to 25°C. You will find hotels and other accomodations all around it. The lake is famous for his touristic attractions. The whole region is specialised on tourism. The northern region of the lake is situated in Germany. A smaller part in the south east is in Austria. The rest is in Switzerland. I can tell you, one Vacation won't be enough to see everything. In the western Area lies the Island of Mainau well known for huge Flower gardens and mediterranean Climate en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mainau In the north lays near a small Town named Überlingen reconstructed Stilt Houses on the shore of the lake where you can see how the first settlers lived 5000 years ago: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pfahlbaumuseum_Unteruhldingen In austrian area you will find the Bregenzer Festival with a stage at the sea side en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bregenzer_Festspiele And there is way more to discover.

You just skipped 40 km in the middle, where I live. I am disappoint!
If there's a Panzer in the middle of the road, cheer for it. Hammer needs that support...
