In newer cars like this you have stability control, and sometimes even rev-equaliser that prevent this from happening. Also, I was referring to standard properties of a car- if you downshift at low rpms or don't downshift while engine braking at all, even LADA will keep a straight line.

The best thing is that even a car with live axle that has no support like Watts or even Panhard rod can do this. I lnow what I'm saying.. I did own a car that was 50 years old, wasn't different from cars cars 70 old, and I could take my hands off steering wheel at 170kph, accelerate, brake hard, whatever. It did keep the straight line. No electronics, Just as long as tires are allright,, car not broken, it will keep straight line, and if you go oversteer and take your hands off the steering wheel, it will do a perfect counter steering without any input from the driver. If you only had enough space on the road, the most reliable of controlling oversteer, would be to leave your hands and feet away from all controls. The salesman is either an incompetent fool or a fraud.
