He bought both Brooke and Taylor's homes (now sold to Bill). The beach house was owned by Stephanie and Eric. Steffy is the only third generation to have ever bought property (Jakcie and Owen's loft). I actually don't know where Thomas lives at this point.
@@songriver1232 There are (or at least were) unused sets that no one ever "moved into" for some strange reason. Eg the Marone Mansion. Massio, Nick and Jacki are out of the show at this point, but that set seems unused at this stage. Also older sets like the condo Brooke and Eric live in when they were married has never been reused. Or the mansion that Eric and Sheila lived in when they were married has never been reused. Also, Morgan Dewitts mansion has never been reused (but this set was ugly LOL). The house Sheila lived in after being divourced from Eric where she kidnapped James Warwick has never been reused. It seems the sets are broken down for some reason after a while and then build back up. For example around these episode evenone constantly uses Eric's old office for almost everything. It's like there are no other offices at Forrester. But Brooke, Stephanie did have offices in other episodes. And Eric was working from the living room. But there is (or was) a study in the adjacent room with a desk in other episodes. I guess there is some management/logistics reason that causes them to do this?

I don't think caroline is getting much sympathy either because she saw what really happened between Thomas and Rick and she did nothing and said nothing. The only reason they have the company in the family still is because of Steffy. Ridge worked for decades to get to the CEO seat. He also is a share Holder . Eric and Steffy both have 37.5 % Ridge has 20% Thomas has 5% that is who owns FC. Not a single one of Brooke's kids own a share.
