I don’t think it’s the maps being nerfed, but more you have improved a lot
I never understood what people mean by "switching over to Tria"
Like there's nothing stopping you from playing both games as much as you want
From a practical standpoint I would agree but the relationship between FE2 and Tria has always been a negative due to the history that exists between the developers, and a lot of people who play and support Tria heavily criticize FE2.
It's also such a different style from FE2 that I think it'd be hard for me to like both
That being said, if the state of FE2 continues dipping, my motivation to try Tria will increase
