sir there is a doubt.. in one of the classes u said that constitution make no provision for acting judge in supreme court but article 125 says that president can appoint an acting judge if the seat is vacant or CJI is unable to perform its duties. please clear it

Yes same doubt in current affairs classes sir said that constitution has no provision for acting supreme court judge.

Actually Article 125 talks about salaries are decided by the parliament and charged upon the consolidated fund.art.126 is about acting chief justice (provision means set of rules or laws) so there is no such provision mentioned in the constitution
