sir there is a doubt.. in one of the classes u said that constitution make no provision for acting judge in supreme court but article 125 says that president can appoint an acting judge if the seat is vacant or CJI is unable to perform its duties. please clear it
Yes same doubt in current affairs classes sir said that constitution has no provision for acting supreme court judge.
Actually Article 125 talks about salaries are decided by the parliament and charged upon the consolidated fund.art.126 is about acting chief justice (provision means set of rules or laws) so there is no such provision mentioned in the constitution
It is by convention,the senior most judge becomes the CJ.seniority decided by date of joining

Article 14 to 18 lies under right to equality.....
Article 15 go and search amendments 1955
Right to equality encompasses article 14 to 18
Yes you're absolutely correct Abolition of untouchability comes U/A 17 but it was not mentioned specifically in option that's why sir marked it under Right to Equality (14-18)...
Article 14-18 comes under the right to equality. 14 - rights to equality before law 15 - prohibited discrimination 16 - Reservation in job 17 - abolished untouchability 18 - abolished title
