Kelly said this duet was one of her three asks for the new season. I love her as an artist, talk show host, and an over all human being. She’s one of a handful of artists whom I’ve truly considered traveling to see perform.

I’ve been OBSESSED with this duet version with Teddy Swims & Kelly Clarkson! Their voices go SO PERFECTLY together! I love how KC is confident enough in herself & her gift that she doesn’t feel the need to try to outsing or outshine whoever she sings with. She’s a huge fan of Teddy’s and really just wanted to sing with him when he came on her show to promote his album. She made sure to still give him his time to shine. Her voice adds something magical to this song for me that I didn’t know that I needed! His voice is incredible too! ❤

This was sooooo good! complemented him beautifully, deep and soulful Kelly's part - the addition makes and absolute banger of a tune from Teddy to another level so much I want a downloadable version released to play everywhere lol.....as I now have this version firmly stuck in my head as a favourite. Teddy Swims wow I've been listening Lose control since I heard someone sing it on The Voice. One of the most soulful songs I've heard in years.
Like how you pointed out Kelly going low at the first chorus ... setting the tone & building up to later when she'd then switch to high backin vocals ! Take someone who know "voice" to point that out !
