Im really liking this series! I have pretty significant lower back issues so these videos are great! For this, Abs, and Arms, I have been able to watch them and write down all the exercises I like or have no issue doing! This way when there are some moves in a video I have to skip, I have a whole list of modifications or alternatives! Looking forward to a leg video

This is a fab video Cassey ! im going to do 10reps of each, first 25 before work and second lot of 25 after work. I keep getting injured running because i weak glutes and dodgy hip flexers lol.
Oh no! I'll think, but in the meantime you can do lot of the ones on your knees standing up! Just be sure to keep your back flat and use a chair for support if needed.
@@MM-iu8fk not sure if this will apply but blade therapy seriously helped my knees… I had never heard of it and was in fact skeptical but I had bad knees for 20 years… I couldn’t take pain killers for 20 years so I had to live with it… and recently someone at my gym recommended blade therapy and I feel like I have got brand new knees!! Like I’m a teenager again! CHANGED MY LIFE COMPLETELY! As no amount of massage or pain killer can fix the issue of the scar tissue under the skin. They can assess you to see if you are a good candidate for it! Went for my first session in March 2020 and due to lockdown couldn’t go back… however after the first session my knees were fine till October November time.
It would be rrally cool if you split this into 3 and did it for us to follow. So like a bridge series, a matt series wjth clamshell, fire hydrants etc and one for the standing stuff.
I had surgery for a cancer in my groin area and the top of my right leg has no feeling in it and I still can't do ground exercises on my right side. Any suggestions
I can already feel the burn coming in. These exercises are gonna be the worst out of the 50 moves series. Maybe even the death of me, but at least I'll be smiling and having fun just like you are. And hey, I love how you've been showing off the outfits from your collection - as you should!
