I think the next new Civ release will be engineers and everyone can get a legendary one through golden keys, add in an epic so its easy for everyone to test out, PLUS new siege city skins!!
This commander looks like an amazing addition for someone who runs 5 or more field marches. I don’t see enough value here for a siege build but that’s why we have you. I am looking forward to seeing you test it. 🙏🏻 Lilith, please announce new siege commanders soon!
Mr. Seige can you make a guide on the best inscription for seige i tried to analyze the inscriptions one by one i found only the emblem & instrument to be the only worth legendary inscription to be obtained let me explain... With the Legendary Scroll Inscription, when you do a range basic atk theres a chance you will use 50 rage for the attack and based on chadski analysis on arch formation its practically the same as the destruction where it only enhances the basic atk of the seige For the Legendary Flag Inscription, when you enter a battle you get 30% atk for only 10 seconds wouldn't that mean that the damage that you do is only enhanced for 10 and the rest of the time you dont get it anymore especially if you have war frenzy always active and the ball doesn't move very often On the other hand the Legendary Instrument Inscription, you get a 3% boost for every 20% a target unit has lost maxing to 12% i found that its technically the same as the flag Inscription you can get in arch formation for Margaret-Cordoba I found that this will be useful since targeting an already red health troop not only enhances your normal dmg which enhances the smite meaning you will have that 12% dmg affecting other marches as well that is hit with cordoba's skill shot, but when it shines the least is on Babur-Gaja since these commanders only have single target they dont benefit from the 12% as much as Margaret-Cordoba does
Only a small number of people trains siege so it’s pointless to have a siege garrison or rally no one would invest. And they also nerfed siege so chances are zero that there will be something for siege.
You literally said first skill is mid which deals 40% damage and takes 10% less damage just because it’s not useful for siege but you said third skill is OP and it only gives 30% damage lol trying so hard to pair up with siege where first two skills are not relevant
They are pushing leadership commanders so most likely it will be a leadership rally… truth be told more people has invested in leadership set than siege.

Why doesn't the 1st skill work with siege commanders?
Active skills only work for engineering commanders when in V formation
