    Now I can provision multiple cloud resources without depends on Terraform or Pulumi.

      Nope. It's storing state in etcd and making API calls directly to APIs of service providers like AWS.

    where is the state of resources created by the provider persisted?

      Crossplane is kubernetes-native, its state is stored in the same storage like all other kubernetes objects
