more information would be nice but some possible problems are: - you don't have enough unit space (you need to build more houses) -the game is bugged if the problem is the later maybe submit a bug report if its the former either build more houses or if you cant build anymore houses then you simply cant have more units but the "problem" is just to do with unit cap

how come my vehicles have a problem when they're being made
when its just about to be made it just stops and shows me a red exclamation mark
