In a book that I write there’s a dominant species that although it has the necessary power to dominate over the others they instead choose to form a Coalition based on understanding each other. However they knew that at some point perhaps will reach its peak of prosperity will start to collapse due to desire of others to reach higher influence in the Coalition eventually leading to the desire for power. In their philosophy being constantly the dominating power leads to conflict within them selfs, leading to greed and eventually selfishness which creates war and war resulting in reduced numbers and different ideas, and different directions. Having all this conflict could eventually lead to their own extinction. So although they were the dominant force they choose at first to suffer and take the Coalition on their shoulders so that evolution arises not just from one species but from more, and in the far future there won’t be just them being the majority governmental powers but gives birth to more other further increasing the diversity of cultures and advancements, and instead of evolving alone they evolve as a large group expanding the rate of survival and reduction the chance of self extinction
Power tends to be corrupted. But we had leaders like Ghandhi, Alexander the great, Vespasian, Marcus Aurelias, Claudius, Abraham Lincoln. While it is always easier to go downhill than it is to go up. Power is not always yielded by monsters. But people of low character are drawn to power. As Luthen said in ANDOR said "I am condemned to uses the tools of my enemies to defeat them." Sadly, more often than not nice guys finish last. But that doesn't mean that you shouldn't try to make a difference regardless of the odds. After all nothing happens unless you try.
As another comment on this video said : “I am condemned to use the tools of my enemy in order to defeat them.” I believe this way to be way better than being subservient to the new gods and also I don’t think this way lacks morality. If it does… I’d be open to discussion as to how.
So glad I discovered your channel! Hope it will grow and reach more others !

“I am condemned to use the tools of my enemies to defeat them” couldn’t be more true.
Weakness corrupts men . -- Friedrich Nietzsche.
Are you an AI? Because if you’re, but disguised as human, then you are power but without morality. Far worse than Machiavelli’s power.
