Lovely finishes, Leah. I frame myself too, and I’m not fussy with how they look - as long as I can enjoy looking at them. Your mermaid is looking great. It is really difficult photographing fabric; I’d originally discounted Atlantis based on the photos on the Polstitches site/ group but went for it after seeing it on one of your videos, which made it look so much nicer - I love it! I much prefer your chaos to highly edited videos. I’m a quiet & shy introvert so I’m not sure how that works! I have a similar lamp for stitching but a neck light has been a game changer. Yes, a neck light 😂 You can bend the lights and focus them exactly where you’re stitching. I still only stitch my large projects in natural light though - my eyes are bad and the natural light settings are good but not equal to natural light!

I love framing myself - that’s expensive enough without paying for professional framing and well I say I love doing it but Graham does so … I’m not really involved apart from picking the frames! 😂😅 but I love how they look and you can’t tell that they’re not professionally framed. It is so hard to get a good picture of cross stitch or fabric - I struggle with my Instagram making the pics look ‘good’ and I have no idea how people take good pictures 😂😂 this fabric is gorgeous, Polstitches do the nicest fabrics! I’m so glad you enjoy my chaos - I do too!! I think I am both a process- and a production stitcher, depends on which project I am working on. Some I just want to finish esp if it is a gift with a deadline. I am a slow stitcher mostly, and enjoy the process as a therapy. I am cronically ill since many years so Stitching has been/is a wonderful therapy for me! Love the new projects you showed too. Your videos may be chaotic (in a good way!) but you definitely have your WIPs more under control...such self control to just have 5 at a time!! I feel like I'm the totally opposite; my videos are organised but my WIPs are somewhat out of control and it's getting very chaotic 😂 I know I'll have at least 2 new starts in July already 😜 You definitely are making such good progress with being more monogamous and just wow! to your mermaid 😍 I also love the 'Ping Mall' and Graham is so close to a finish now 😄 Looking forward to the bedroom tour!
