Should I use H5P.com or the INBUILT H5P inside MOODLE for interactive content?

    Thanks alot for this video...
Can I download any activity i do from content library as H5P file then upload it in moodle LMS any time later and it still works even if my subscription expired?

Yes. The downloaded package can be uploaded to back into Moodle provided the versions match.

can we download activities we built from content library as a scorm package and then put them in another lms or course platform? And Will the activities still work there even if our subscription expires?

Sadly, you can't export as SCORM from H5P. The only useful solution I have found is to make use of H5P.com (Which is a paid service) where you can host your H5P files and embed them in any LMS or SCORM package if required. Then it doesn't matter which LMS you use or if you change LMS servers/services.

Is adobe captivate better than this or, this is better than adobe captivate? How user friendly is this? Since I'm exploring both of them and I'm new to this software, can you guide me in the right direction?

They are very different tools but I find captivate way more useful to create custom interactive content where H5P is a more limited set of activity types and doesn't give you very much flexibility. What H5P does is keep everything basic and simple and consistent. For my purposes, i am often creating content that teachers may need to update or modify in the future so H5P is perfect in that they can add new questions or modify interactions form with the LMS whereas Captivate requires a licence, the software and the skill to use it. But again, Captivate lets you be more creative and more interactive. Hope that helps a little bit.
