Thank you for the great video and comments! I just saw that I have missed to sign the Card :o( I usually sign all of them, but I have missed somehow yours! I apologize! Anyhow, enjoy your morning coffees with our update! ;o)
@@NextMeridianExpedition we've been living in Singapore for the last 2.5 years, but currently in Amsterdam for a few months! I've basically watched your whole channel by now, great work and I'm feeling excited for you both!
Nice add, Nicolas, but is that table not too high on the Defender for a daily usage to make coffee, cook meals, etc? Congratulations to Markus Rauh for the welcome package in his parcel!
Hi Françoise, the table is a little high for constant usage = cutting vegetables for example. But for daily usage it’s perfect, no need to pull out a table and set it up, I just drop this one down and for coffee its great 😊 To eat from it’s just a little high, especially for Mathilde. Rough parts does however have a system to bring to table lower.
Yes, even though the back table is great. 3 reason, first being that the back door table sort of blocks the passage way in and out of the car, and we need to be careful not to kick the table while stepping in or out. Second, when there is light rain, it wets the inside of the car + all our pouches on the back door. Third, when we don’t park on flat ground, the door doesn’t stay open. You knew we had a back door table as well or it was just curiosity ?
@@NextMeridianExpedition the back door table looks to be the most obvious option because of the height but also because the stuff you need is inside your car. Thanks a lot for the explanation. It would be worth making a tour video of the car
Your right, and I’m sure we’ll be mixing between the two tables. We still haven’t tested this new table format but I’m sure it’ll be useful. Regarding the car tour, we already made a video on RUclips. We will be making another one in January as the car is now fully equipped and a lot has changed. Stay tuned. 😊
Owsome. 👍🏻
Cheers. 🍺&🍷
Another great informative video cheers again from Steve Stott in Sutherlin Oregon U.S.A.:):)👍🏼

Can u lock the table from opening so that no one can undo the nylon nuts to remove the max tracks?
No not possible to lock it. Fingers crossed no one thinks to do that.

@@NextMeridianExpedition thanks Nicolas, still better than a table inside the back door from your point of view?
