THE WEDGE - Hot Waves During a Hot Day

On the 6th of September 2024, this summer we barely got any swells. Surfline predicted it to be 4-6 feet that day, and again, there were hardly any swells this summer, so we couldn't miss this opportunity.Once we got there, we weren't the only ones with the same expectations. I wonder how many people missed work for that Friday. If you have ever missed work or school for the beach before, let us know in the comments section.Well, if you keep watching, you're going to see that the swell is building up as time passes. If you're like me, you'll see that the biggest and best waves were not taken by anyone. At least, I saw a pretty cool wipeout! That kid survived; he’s okay.
