I love this teaching but i am struggling with putting it into action, maybe i am overthinking it, can someone perhaps give a few examples. the biggest struggle for me in life is me, i promise its never anyone else most times. i want to apply - i am a day dreamer, bot i can visualize and applying is an issue, doing etc. I am asking for help. thank you in advance.
