Very funny and Entertaining, I visited Nigeria recently and a similar thing happened with us, Some guys claiming to be police (local govt) stopped our car claiming that our driver broke traffic rule (actually he didnot). One even entered our car and demanded our driver to drive to their office. But due to timely intervention of central police and stuborness of our driver that money hungry sasquach had to leave us.
