I bought time crunched cyclist book and there is a training plan for commuters. It is perfect for my commute distance. Thanks for making all these trainings easy to understand!

I actually started to compress my 5 training sessions to 3 days. 2 days Vo2max intervals in the morning (Tue/Thur) and 90min z2 evenings plus long ride sunday. This gives me 3 challenging and 4 rest days and time for other things in life.

Fantastic podcast . Would a running session be good for cycling once week ? Especially winter days ?? Cheers Chris 🍺

Yes, anything load bearing is good for cyclists, plenty of pros run in the off season
