    Very accurate and valuable advice from Mark. I've seen first hand most what he's described. If you decide to live in the Philippines keep your assets liquid, ie investments that pay monthly, rent don't buy. Buying a home or investing in a business shifts the power dynamic and puts you at the mercy of other people.

    This is one of his more honest videos. FYI if youre a vet or a combat vet struggling with alcohol, drug, or mental health issues there are next to no help there. Nothing!!! Also, I went to ST Lukes and a few other hospitals in Manila and Cebu and the healthcare is really bad. I am not poor by any means and also healthy. But, after 13 months there I gained fifty pounds and never felt that unhealthy in my life. Theres a certain type of oil they use there that really messed me up. Lack of green spaces and gyms to workout. I would suggest having a good plan of escape and or only visit. Keep your stuff back home.

      It’s really heartbreaking to see how inflation and recession impact low-income families. The cost of living keeps rising, and many struggle just to meet basic needs, let alone save or invest. It’s a reminder of the importance of finding ways to create financial opportunities. You've helped me a lot sir Brian! Imagine i invested $50,000 and received $190,500 after 14 days

    IMHO you can live well on $1000-$1200 monthly provided your home is paid for, car, truck and motor is paid and you have your long term visa sorted. In addition location makes a difference. Prices are cheaper where expats and tourists do not frequent.

      The government (Zionist elite) will very likely cut SSI as they have said. There is actually no reason to however to do so since all they have to do is continue to let cost of living raises fall way behind the rate of currency depreciation so that it is wiped out anyway. Problem solved. SSI is only a Ponzi scheme designed to make the barnyard animals dependent on the plantation owners.

    13:08 So they keep you as a hostage in the hospital until you pay your bill. What if you escape? Do they lock you in the hospital?

    • @danp1043
      @danp1043 5 дней назад +5

      Short answer... yes. Security will do their level best to keep you in the hospital. While there, you will not get any further treatment until the bill is caught up, but you will still be billed for room costs. If you "escape", they will file estafa charges against you with the Police and then the Police and BI will be looking for you to take you someplace quite a bit less comfortable than a hospital room.

    For the most part, the only men who should go to S.E. Asia are those who have enough wealth that will throw off sufficient income so that they can figure on using the 4% rule (to keep growing principle even in down markets) as their financial guide. Say you make 36,000 per year on socialist insecurity and you plan a budget of spending 50,000 per year in Philippines. The extra fourteen thousand would require a lump sum of 350,000 at 4% to supplement your SSI. Many expats fail to factor in that all countries are tied into the Band of Int. Settlements (Banking cartel) and are depreciating all currencies as they move all real wealth to the top.

    You mention drugs, gambling, women, and Western lifestyle. While its well advised to stay away from drugs and gambling no matter what , women and lifestyle can be effectively budgeted for, as both can be enjoyed much less expensively in Philippines than USA, a big draw for many Western men, even if more expensive than a typical Philipino's lifestyle. If should decide want to marry no matter where she is from then should first re-look that budget!

    • @danp1043
      @danp1043 5 дней назад +2

      That's not a "new" law and watch how fast they ignore it, with no consequences. If you turn up at a hospital needing care, the first place you will be brought to will be the billing office where they will estimate the cost of the care you require. If you are unable to come up with that amount, they have no qualms telling you to leave the hospital grounds and die on the public sidewalk out front. They have no legal obligation to treat you for anything.

    Before the Philippines becomes a second Ukraine ( The U.S. is currently sending missiles and other weapons to the Philippines, the Philippines would launch the missiles against China and then China would hit the Philippines. This way we don't have American casualties and the war can last for years)

      since when is the “law” followed in these hospitals?😆😆😆 I want what you’re smoking 😆😆 if you’re an ex- pat you need about 30,000 dollars set aside for any serious medical emergency..the tribal mentality of the Philippines applies to every aspect of life there. there is no rhyme or reason when it comes to following the law or legal matters .. 😊😊

      I know but they are doing it anyway. And they refuse to treat destitute foreigners. I've witnessed this first hand. Thank you for watching ☺️
