Jay該買優碘（Povidone-iodine）去清理傷口，它塗上去不會像酒精那般的痛，但卻有較好的殺菌與消炎效果。
用酒精直接給開放性傷口消毒算是最常見的醫療誤區之一了

I crashed all of the time when i was a kid. i didnt think i would crash when i was older and smarter.
A little trick for Jay's first-aid training, get hydrogen peroxide to clean and sanitize flesh wounds instead of alcohol will clean better with less pain
and less expensive as well. Black or aged fermented tea like Pu'er is warmth(aka Yang) while green tea is cool(aka Yin) in terms of body metabolic balance.

Bcoz thatz what I used to do when I was a kid and now my son is doing the same to me ... Karma really can be fun sometimes. Anyway, abalone is pronounced as "a buh loh nee".
