@Olibelus he's not straining any more than he always has. It sounds like he lacks power here because of the sound mixing, distance to mic, and lack of backup vocals. It's not healthy to do the kind of distortion/screams he does at high volume. Sound engineering makes up for it. Seems like he just recorded this himself in his house, he probably has no idea what he's doing. That he sounds as good as he does here is a testament to his talent.

I still remember Adam as a teenager when I was a teenager and we still had certain dreams and aspirations that people have tried to kill over the years so why would we care about them now if it is kill or be killed? I will preserve my memories of Adam over those that seek to misrepresent him as a person any day of the week.

Did you ever learn it? I've played traditional chords and tuning. But I'm pretty sure this is dropped D and then its mirrored video and my poor brain is struggling to compute everything. But this song is on my list too.
