Thanks for the wonderful message dear Apostle, The statement that "your struggle is proof of the fact that you are operating in the realm of insufficiency,..." 13:07 is absolutely not completely true. People struggling may think that it's because they are not doing enough. When a person takes advantage of the network, they can still struggle or encounter pain in life, but the Holy Spirit will provide them with the energy to overcome anything that they face, thus they are not worried by anything that comes their way because they have come to the understanding that pain in the body or mind can not touch their soal, Isaiah 43:2.
Look up the word 'insufficient' and listen again.

I have a question though, how are you supposed to speak in tongues for 7hrs without falling asleep😮💨😮💨 or won't your mouth be aching you after talking for so long? (And if you say i should pray in my heart, I'm definitely sleeping off). So, how does that work please🙏🙏
We pray through the Holy spirit. He will give you strength that surpasses your flesh. Don't be bothered about the physical aspects cos the spirit is meant to overcome the flesh as long as you're willing. With time as you keep growing, you will be able to pray without getting tired and you'll see sometimes you will even be able to pray longer in your heart without sleeping. Much longer than even the 7hours
