You missed one of the best details about 2002UM! In KOF2002UM, the "Galactica Vanguard" (basically a Galactica Phantom added to the end of his HSDM) - if you time it perfectly, it is a guaranteed KO at any HP level. But it must be timed perfectly (there is a 1-frame window you need to hit the enemy with) otherwise it will just deal damage like you showed in the video.

I still can't get over how weird it is that the Galactica Phantom was a regular special move in 2001, 2002, Neowave and 2002 UM. Eolith really made some strange decisions with KoF but that has to be one of the weirder ones since it ended up lingering for so long.

Mi versión favorita de Ralf respecto a sus Súper movimientos es en KOF 99. Siento que tienen más emoción y transmiten mejor el sentimiento de la pelea. Pero, mi versión favorita respecto a peleador me gusta más la versión del 2001. Por otro lado, la voz de Ralf fue mejor entre KOF 96 y KOF 2001. Cuando jugué por primera vez KOF 2002 y las posteriores si voz no volvió a ese nivel de epicidad.
Pretty much the BEST character in KOF series.
