If I may suggest, don't use the blue tone at all, start with the green tone to increase the damage. You don't need shoes either because SS boots also give you speed and you don't need it.
I used blue tone for run speed to dodge attacks from EE bosses that give +dmg bonus % if u can evade for 60s in a row. It is true otherwise, to now simply spam green

still dont understand why the blue tone when its definitely spam green now
blue for speed in beginning. you aren’t doing much damage in the first minute of EE
