    Hari Mirch Qeema:
    Ingredients
    Beef mince 500gm
    Chopped onion 1
    Chopped ginger garlic 2tbsp
    Salt, turmeric, pepper 2tbsp
    Chopped tomatoes 2-3
    Coriander, cumin crushed as required
    Black pepper crushed as required
    Oil ½ cup
    Green chilies chopped 6-8
    Method
    Heat oil and fry onions, now add chopped ginger garlic. Then add beef minced, tomatoes, salt, pepper, turmeric and roast well. Now add coriander, cumin, black pepper , chopped green chilies , and roast well . lastly dish out and serve .
    Palak Pakora Kadhi:
    Ingredients for kadhi:
    Yogurt ½ kg
    Gram flour ¾ cup
    Garlic paste 2tbsp
    Salt, pepper turmeric as required
    Oil ½ cup
    Garlic crushed 1tbsp
    Red chili whole 4-5
    Onion ground ½ cup
    Fenugreek ½ tsp
    Ingredients for pakora:
    Gram flour 1cup
    Chopped spinach 1-1/2 cup
    Chopped onion 1
    Green chilies 3-4
    Salt, pepper, turmeric as required
    Soda ¼ tsp
    Cumin 1tsp
    Carom ¾ tsp
    Oil for frying
    Ingredients for temper
    Oil ½ cup
    Onion sliced 2tbsp
    Garlic chopped 1tsp
    Red chili whole 6-7
    Cumin ¾ tsp
    Curry leaves 6-7
    Method
    To make kadhi in a bowl add yogurt and gram flour and 6 cups of water and blend , now heat oil add fenugreek seeds, garlic crushed , red chili and fry well . now add onion, garlic and red chilies , salt turmeric and fry well. Now add yogurt mixture and cook till thick . for pakoras add all the ingredients and beat well . Now fry the pakoras and add in the kadhi. For temper fry all the ingredients under temper and add on kadhi and serve .
