r u really impressed about a guy playing snow's riff? God, its one of the easiest clean riffs to play out there... Get some knowledge. Also, most of the riffs here are quite off the tempo

@@vio2326 Smaller frets might help, but my hands are used to medium big, medium, and jumbo frets so a smaller neck might take me a while to get use to lol.

Mz2250 My mentor doesn't clean his all that much, maybe once a year, not because he is lazy, because he prefers not to, the natural oils from our fingers help certain types of woods.
+CommonConnor first maple fretboard don't need oil like rosewood does, second the dark grey spots you see it's only the dust you have on your finger when you play, third always clean your freatboard it's better foor wood , if you don't , more on rosewood, dirtiness will be more difficult to be removed every time, don't take everything your teacher told you as law, please clean your fretboard.

Because the riff is easy, it's very simple and not at all difficult to play. The tough part is making it sound clean while playing fast. So although it looks easy which it is. Its painfully fast

guitarist6494 Wow, yet another video maker who can't take criticism. I never stated the video was bad, just some of the stuff didn't sound right because of how empty it was. Some of the songs do actually have the reverb effect on them you know.

My band did the breakup song in 81 at a high school talent show. Love that riff. I put a Geoff Tate vocal on it and my lead was a Gary Richraft Amin progression with an EVH tone... Killer.

Its also dry because he only plugged it into an amp. For a good sound he would have to add delay, sometimes chorus and reverb. But i guess a lot of people who called themselves guitarists even dont know this basics

The Sleep by Pantera is a refreshing song with a clean tone that barely any new guitarists know about.
John Mayer is a virtuoso in the Jazz community with plenty of technique for anyone of any playing level to learn from.
There were a few bands I never heard of that you played, but seriously. There are a LOT better choices that could have been made.
Props for putting yourself out there and all, but man up and learn some intricate music.
And btw. Even some of the most famous artists have esoteric songs that many people might not know about. This could have been a much better video if you'd have done some research.
