- George Wagner IV - along with his mother Angela, father George "Billy" Wagner and brother Edward "Jake" Wagner - is accused of shooting and killing the Rhoden family members "execution-style." The family's bodies were found on April 22, 2016. He faces eight charges of aggravated murder, along with other charges associated with tampering with evidence, conspiracy and forgery.

It looks like that Angela was the commander of that pack of hyena. It is sad that she stirred the men in her family to do horrendous things to others just for her to take their children for herself. Her punishment should be harsher.

She says "uhm" & "and" so much it's driving people crazy! She starts every sentence with "and" I don't understand 😂
Plus the defense waits for a question to be asked & answered before they object, I've never seen that before either! Some hillbilly court room rules I guess 🤷

Where on earth did they find that stringy blond haired attorney! Stumbling around, um, um, um, and begins sentences with the word and. Really unprofessional, “and can you tell us, um. . . “ she should listen to herself speak. “And you did indicate, um . . . “ Gawd’s sakes alive.
For being a "special" prosecutor, Angela Canepa isn't that special IMO. Below average trial skills at best.

A normal thinking person can not fathom what occurred, or how the Wagners thought they would be able to get away with it. What goes over the devil's back comes under his belly.
None of the Wagner family, who so desperately wanted the children, so much so, they were willing to kill, will ever lay eyes on those children again. Leaving Sophia without a mother or a father. I do hope Tabitha will be a good mother to her son.

George admitted he was there, but both he and Jake say he did not shoot anyone. George is on trial because they would not take the death penalty off the table. Makes me wonder, since Jakes deal included taking the death penalty off the table for the rest of the family (if he testifies truthfully) why this is even at trial. I believe they screwed up with Angela, I would bet, she was the one who came up with most of the plan.
The chick prosecutor looks pretty weak compared to the dude prosecutor. Defense eats her up with objections.
