And also, the shows that you’re referencing are live action shows being produced by Sony, who own the rights to live action Spider-Man content, while Disney on the other hand after a deal worked out between the latter and Sony, are allowed to produce animated Spider-Man content, but that it can’t be longer than 40 minutes. So you see, Disney would have been the ones that would have had the ability to enable Kirkman and the rest of the producers working on Invincible to use the characters, not Sony. And even if they did, due to the arrangement, it wouldn’t have worked anyway due to the Invincible episode being over 40 minutes long. So no matter what way you look at it, the crossover wouldn’t have been possible anyways.

Here's something interesting. It's weird how spider-verse and Invincible are the same. The same in terms of some people like Across the spider verse others are not a fan of it and like into the spider-verse better, same with Invincible season 1 and 2. For me personally, there are people who are saying season 3 could be really good and better than season 2, so since I liked this season a lot more than season 1 I'm hyped for season 3.
