The official name of this street was Shah Street before the revolution and then it was changed to Ayatollah Kashani Street, but neither of these two names was accepted by the people and it is still called Dabira-e-Azam Street. [Citation needed] Dabira-e-Azam Mohammad Hassan Khan Madani Mo'in al-Kitab was one of the periodic secretaries of the governments of Kermanshah in the late Qajar period, when he was the head of the Ministry of Justice during the tenure of Ali Akbar Davar as the Minister of Justice. Mirza Mohammad Hassan Khan Madani, the son of Haj Hakim Bashi, was appointed secretary of Hesam al-Mulk for his calligraphy skills. After a while, he went to Tehran and in the court of Muzaffar al-Din Shah, he reached the rank of Khalat and then Emad al-Satna, and finally he was nicknamed the Secretary General. He died in 1323.
